Sadly we have had to cancel this year's Festival because of Covid-19 safety concerns.

The Festival will return next year on 24th to 26th September 2021.

In the absence of our popular annual Walking Festival we invite you to come and visit our beautiful and relatively unknown corner of England for our “Summer of Self-Guided Walking” which is being launched on 1st August 2020. Walks of all standards and distances, which you can download/ link to your map app to explore the local town and surrounding countryside – forests, hills, rolling farmland, wildflowers and wildlife, the amazing River Wye and of course our buzzing little town with a range of independent shops and vintage trail.  Only an hour from Birmingham, Cardiff or Bristol.  Keep safe; Keep separate; Keep active; Keep happy…  and keep in touch for 1st August and beyond…

Follow this link from 1st August 2020

In addition, you can combine these Festival walks with some of our self-guided pub walks; or stay longer and try some of the stages of the long-distance trails that run through or near to Ross-on-Wye.
